Our Green Apple Cider has a bright, fresh apple aroma, with notes of honeydew melon and kiwi. This cider is a tart blend of a lively apple flavor and balanced sweetness.

Pours a pale yellow. No head. Aroma is apples, honey, slightly tart. Taste is light apple taste, slight mead honey, finishing dry. Palate is Light body, medium carbonation. Not bad, would have liked a bit more carbonation. Average.

Clear yellow pour with small bubbly effervescence and no real head at all. Nose of floral notes similar to lilac and honeysuckle, but not actually either of those, I was surprised to find the honeydew melon and kiwi notes that the commercial description suggested (but I think that was just because I was subconsciously looking for them). Suprisingly good and just enough tartness to cut the sweet. Still, about as sweet as could be tolerable.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Aroma is nice green apple, medium body, little carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is granny smith apples, tart, semi-sweet. Nice cider.

From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a scant white head. Aroma of green apples. Flavors same, but much sweeter than any green apples I have ever eaten. Cloying finish.

Aroma is weak, but the palate is remarkably refreshing; very good on a hot day. Taste was surprisingly good, somewhat tart yet somewhat sweet. Not a big fan of ciders usually, but this was very good. Exactly what I wanted today

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass and a wine glass. There was no notable difference. The appearance had a golden color with a fast rising carbonation rising. There wasn’t any head. The smell had tart green apple and nothing else. The taste was exactly the same. On the palate, this one sat exceptionally light and has a carbonation that really pounded my tongue into submission. Overall, did I like this whatsoever? Hell no. Was it made how Angry Orchard wanted to, I guess so.

I am getting to be at my wit’s end w/ all these soda pop style ciders these days. There used to be a couple dozen of them and that was OK. If you were some weird asshole who didn’t like beer, you could have some Woodchuck or whatever. But now there’s either a greater amount of weird assholes or they just somehow figured out a way to make this garbage more profitable than beer and there are hundreds of them and it’s only getting worse. For what it worth, I like them OK. I mean, I like soda pop because even I was a child at one point. This one is your typical light apple juice color. It is supposedly green apple flavor which in this case means it has strong floral and melon overtones which are somehow pushed almost to the point of harshness. Flavor is sweet and tart in a green apple Jolly Rancher kind of fashion and this is rather syrupy and heavy on the palate. This is pretty clean, at least, aside for strange earthy, almost savory note lurking around the edges and finishes w/ apple skin tannins and candy-like sweetness. It is sweet and delicious after a fashion and pretty much disgusting after another. I guess this is one for the folks who like to drink soda all day and also drink soda all night.

12 oz. Clear and pale, chardonnay color with a small spit of bubbles on top. Nose is fresh cut green apple. Taste is sweet, fresh green apple with a late tart kick and some pithy wood on the finish. Light body has medium carbonation and is to the sweet side. Finishes with nice apple tartness, a light astringency and a hint of pithy bitterness that all provide a decent balance. Pretty much like eating a good crisp green apple.

pale straw/champagne color, no real head, heavy carbonation. nose is tart apple as you’d expect. a little bit artificial. flavor is similar, apple juice that’s a bit tart. it is what it is. nothing complex, but quite refreshing on a hot day.

Bottle poured. Light golden color. Faint tart apple aroma. Lightly carbonated body. Starts sweet and finishes tart.
