COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cider House Collection #2: Inspired by the tradition of Ice Ciders in Quebec, Canada, Iceman uses the process of freezing the juice from culinary and bittersweet apples to produce a rich, complex and unique cider with a crisp apple taste and notes of caramel and toffee. This cider is sweet but not cloying. The addition of oak-aging yields a smooth and pleasing vanilla character. The result is a perfectly balanced, full-flavored cider that delights the palate with clean apple notes and a lingering toffee finish.

Bottle, shared at Christmas Party. Clear bronze, medium carbonation. Apple mash and caramel, fairly brisk carbonation. An ice cider shouldn’t have a hard mouthfeel, but this one does, at least nearly. Simplistic, more sweet than complex. I’ve been spoiled by our Quebec ciders I guess.

This cider has a light gold color. It is sweet but not overly so. It has some bite to it and a really complex satisfying flavor. One of the best ciders I have ever tried. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thick viscous deep golden color. Aromas of brown sugar and pomme fruits with hints of vanilla, spice and faint wood. Sweet apple vanilla brown sugar and oak flavors. A little sweet for my tastes, but a nice sipper.

Bomber. Clear rich orange pour with minimal head. Apple, toffee, and vanilla. Comes off a touch boozy, but in more of a rich sweet way - it works.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a bubbly white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has lots of sweet apple with a touch of vanilla and some underlying oakiness. Flavor is similarly sweet with lots of sweet apple and touches of vanilla and oak.

Incredible taste. First of the "Ice Cider" styles that I’ve tried. Been looking forward to it for a while. Very crisp. Nice, tasteful sweetness that isn’t too dry or too cloying. Plays very well with the aroma. Very happy with the bottle and the style in general.

For once a cider on the market that is remarkably crisp and almost punches the palate with overpowering apple flavor along with strong toffee and caramel tastes. Its like a cinnamon caramel apple type flavor. The other ciders, even regular angry orchard tastes like juice with only light apple flavor. This on the other hand is very close to an actual home made cider, strong with a powerful crisp bite. If only this was easier to find and marketed as a regular cider, this is what you should expect it to taste like. I found it delicious and would drink it again if I was in the mood for cider. And for people who don’t like beer it makes a good substitute. You wouldn’t go wrong with this.

Lemme just put it straight, no hem hawing around, this is one of the boldest and best ciders one could ever hope to taste. Beautiful dark golden pour, virtually no head, heavy honeycrisp aroma. It’s almost to good to be drank just nay old time, I would call this a special occasion cider. Glass after glass, it never disappoints.
