COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

(draft @ TGI Fridayís - Greece, NY) Clear gold with a fizzy white head. Strong apple aroma with the lightest sweet hint. Flavor is dry but lightly sweet at the end. Smooth and tart with sweetness at the end.

Sort of a urine golden. Very low carbonation and low aroma too. A little stewed apples thatís about it. Mid weight flavours with a touch drying pucker finish. Ok

12 oz. bottle. Clear piss color without any head. Aroma is fresh cut apples and old home brewerís yeast after it sat in the slap pack to long. Apple juice, bready malt, weak yeast. The finish really isnít as dry as it would lead you to believe. Not bad put the nose with the yeast is a bit off putting.

Bottle at home. Pours golden yellow with no head. Aroma is tart apples. Flavor follows. Fairly dry cider. Meh.

12 oz bottle from Kroger. Pours a clear yellow golden color with no head. Thearoma and flavor have sweet apples, mmildly tart, hints of spice, this is dry compared to many ciders, still pretty one dimensional.

Bottle. Pours clear, light orange with minimal white head. Aroma is a little faint, touch of apples. Taste is very light, crisp, not a ton of flavor. Decent.

355ml bottle. Golden pour, little head. This is dryer than the typical soda pop cidre but it does leave a sticky sensation as you go. Not offensive but donít believe the label.

Tap, gold pour, white head, nose is apples, taste is apples, pretty bland overall.

"lightest in color of the 3 AO ciders, and easily the lightest in aroma as well. Very traditional dry english cider. Bittersweet and pretty tasty. Simple. Nice, but my least favorite, if only because the othre two were so nice."

Methinks the orchard is angry because its apples have been used to create such a dull drink. And the additives pretty well quash the usage of "traditional" on the label. A vigorous pour produces a bubbly yellow body, pretty pale, with a slender head that rapi9dly reduces to a ring. The aroma is light, some sweet apples with some of the skins. The taste is straightforward, sweet apples, much stronger than the nose. Not much here, but easy to down on a hot and muggy day.
