COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

I figured this stuff would be Woodchuck by another name but it actually tastes like real cider. Decent apple aroma w/ a slight floral note. Just slightly sweet with a good balancing tartness and a bit of spiciness in the finish. Pretty tasty.

The best way to describe this cider is tart. The sweetness from the apples is counterbalanced by tart French apples (as described to me at the tasting), offering a cider that truly will make you pucker.

Clear light yellow our with faint offwhite head clinging to the edges of the glass. Nose is not bad, like apple juice and flowers. Flavor is more like a granny smith apple, a bitter/tart bite that balances out the sweetness. I think I like this one more than the original, but not as much as the ginger.

THOUGHTS: Very nice and fairly dry. Lots of apple flavor that seemed very natural and not at all artificial. Nice balance between sweet and tart. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a sparkling, clear, light, golden with beautiful carbonation and a small, white head that pretty much fully diminished and left surprisingly fair lacing. The aroma had apple, apple desserts, apple juice, apple skins, and a little spice. The initial flavor was lightly sweet and acidic, and light to moderately sour; while the finish was lightly acidic and moderate to heavily sour, but in a tart way with a duration that was average on flavor and long on dryness. There was apple juice, apples, apple desserts, a little spice, apple skin and apple cobbler. The light body was dry with fizzy carbonation a dry and lightly asrtingent finsh.

Meh...a run of the mill cider. Aroma was a tad musty with muted apple aroma. Pour was a bright lively medium gold with no head or bubbles. Taste was, again, muted flat apple. Light carbonation. Would like a more crisp apple flavor, but it’s not bad.

Pours a dark golden color with a short lived white head. Sweet apples on the nose, a light spiciness, sweet sugar and a hint of yeast. Not really all that dry, though. The flavor is nicely sweet with a lot of apple and apple juice flavor. Not dry, but a nice flavor to it.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, MN. Pours a clear light golden cider than a clean disk and some minimal bubble edges. Aroma of dry and tart apples, a hint of mild pear and some light spumante. Taste is medium to full bodied, semi-sweet. mild carbonation with flavors of regular based apple cider with a charge of apple juice. Finish is semi-sweet, a little spumante acidic aftertaste with some lingering sweet apples. Missing some of the typical dryness I am familiar with dry ciders.

Bottle: Poured a super pale yellow color cider with a small bubbly head. Aroma consists of unsweetened apple juice with a light thin finish. Taste is dominated by dry apple notes with somewhat of a bland finish. Body is light with medium carbonation. Not bad but quite bland and a bit thin for my taste.
