RSRIZZO (1810) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 14, 2012
12oz bottle (courtesy of J&K Liquors) poured into a Flute at 42°. Color is a light, bright golden with fizzy carbonation and a small lose white head. Aroma is like apple champagne. It has a very light body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is light with a crisp apple taste. After taste is dry leaving a apple cider and wine taste behind. Overall its good for what it is, very light and refreshing.

Chipalsa (1090) - Florida, USA - APR 13, 2012
This is one of their better ciders. The aroma is of green apple and spices with some cinnamon in the mix. With a fresh apple taste as well, the earthy and herbal taste was bitter and tart towards the finish. Malty in a sense and very drinkable.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours dark gold with a few bubbles. Light aromas of floral and appleskin. Near med body. Flavor is tart, astringent apple skin. I’m thinking some red apples are in this. It is very dry. Very.

12oz bottle poured into glass. Nothing really going on here. Has the apple presence but not a spice that most ciders have.
