Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

Bottle. Head is initially very small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is notes of apple juice, light notes of ammonia, candy sugar, plastic. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, moderately astringent. Is this just the Crisp Apple version with a different sticker? It’s basically apple soda with dirty phenols. A joke of a cider.

No bottling information.
Appearance: The body is crystal clear an golden with sparse carbonation throughout, no head.
Aroma: The aroma is a bit dry, bready and earthy, with apples and a bit of chalk. Not huge on the aroma here.
Taste: The flavor is nice, tart apples with a slight chalky maybe spicy and slightly earthy flavor here. I like drinking this, but don’t think much of it.
Palate: Light bodied with moderately sharp carbonation.
Overall: I admit I’m new to ciders, but this doesn’t do much for me. I would gladly drink it if someone gave it to me though.

Pours a clear gold. The aroma is all apple with some yeasty notes. Sweet apple juice flavor with a little bit of tartness. The carbonation level is high with a crisp clean mouthfeel.

I am a big fan of the dry ciders and thought this was very nice. Pours golden without much head. Smells of champagne with a bit of extra sweetness. Nice apple flavor, finishes dry and pleasant. Not bad.

We had this beer at the 2013 Tops of the Hops in Biloxi, MS. Tastes like a combination of apple juice and dry champagne. Not for us.

Bottle to pint (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent gold with thin white lacing. Smells and tastes of tart, dry apples with a nice, dry finish. A solid cider.

12oz bottle, from my local Kroger. Clear yellow / orange color. No head. No lace. Medium body. More dry finish. Tart lightly sour taste, and sweet. Good... Apple flavor. Like apple juice, but maybe fresher-tasting, less musty, with more an acidic tart spicy bite to it. That spiciness in the finish is kind of nice, makes for an interesting twist that helps this cider stand out a bit.
