Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

Pours a dark golden color with a short lived white head. Sweet apples on the nose, a light spiciness, sweet sugar and a hint of yeast. Not really all that dry, though. The flavor is nicely sweet with a lot of apple and apple juice flavor. Not dry, but a nice flavor to it.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, MN. Pours a clear light golden cider than a clean disk and some minimal bubble edges. Aroma of dry and tart apples, a hint of mild pear and some light spumante. Taste is medium to full bodied, semi-sweet. mild carbonation with flavors of regular based apple cider with a charge of apple juice. Finish is semi-sweet, a little spumante acidic aftertaste with some lingering sweet apples. Missing some of the typical dryness I am familiar with dry ciders.

Bottle: Poured a super pale yellow color cider with a small bubbly head. Aroma consists of unsweetened apple juice with a light thin finish. Taste is dominated by dry apple notes with somewhat of a bland finish. Body is light with medium carbonation. Not bad but quite bland and a bit thin for my taste.

Pours a clear light yellow with little/no head. It has an aroma of fusel oils and sweet apples. The taste is of dry apples with a lot of fusel overtones. Id rate this higher, but its really fusely and chemically. Not the worst cider Ive had, but Ive had better.

The aroma has much apple, and a small hint of cinnamon. The taste has the right level of tartness and, in keeping with its dryness, low sweetness. Its not a great cider, but its a good cider; definitely refreshing and pleasant.

Dry and lightly sour flavor, a little like a chardonnay, but with noticeable apple taste as well. Neutral aroma. A pretty good cider.

Tap at Denver Summer Brew Fest 2012. Clear gold with a champagne nose with some dry apple skin tones. Flavor of the same, dry but not unbearably so, with a light tart sweetness from the apple flavors, and a little too much champagne yeast.
