COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

I prefer dry ciders opposed to sweet. This one is pretty middle of the road, still a little sweet.

12oz bottle. Clear yellow with no head, lacing, or collar - expected for the style. Decent aroma, sour, traditional. It makes you pucker, I donít know about look forward to another sip...itís dry alright. I agree with the description, the taste is bright apples. Really this is a pretty good cider as far as they go. I like it, Iím glad itís traditional like it says.

A sugary, apple aroma on the nose ending with a tart note. The appearance is apple juice gold with minimal carbonation. Essentially still. The flavor is like watery apple juice with a green apple tartness on the end. It also has some white wine ester character. High acidity. The mouthfeel is watery with a little tannin noticeable on the end. Sugar coats my mouth on the finish. Overall, it's a poor quality cider that lacks the profile of bittersweet and bittersharp apples that are found in good examples. It is also too sweet to be called a dry cider. The green apple flavor is a fermentation flaw. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Clear light golden color, some white bubbles. Aroma is dry apple and some other fruits. Rich apple taste, sour notes, little sour and dry finish. Not bad at all.

Another headless yellow drink with the aroma of apples. Taste is very sour. Tastes like green apples but with an entense sourness that just makes it awful. Got two more bottles of this in the fridge. Will have to find a dish I can make using them because I am sure not going to drink them.

Pours a crisp golden yellow with fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Sweet apple and sugar aroma. Sweet apple flavor. Light body and medium carbonation. Sweet, dry finish.

Poors a nice gold color. Smells of apples. Retty dry in taste, apple flavor doesnít last too long.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear golden straw color with a thin fizzy white head. Aroma of sweet & tart apples. Taste is the same as the nose. Very dry cider.

Brief write-up. Pours a straw color. Aroma is little more than faint apple; nothing intrinsically bad, however. The first couple of sips have a pleasant tartness to them, but soon gives way to apple sweetness. Itís finish is only dry compared to, say, their Crisp Apple. Read: itís not very dry at all. Like many Angry Orchard ciders, I would drink this over BMC - but not over Boston Lager.
