Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity dry and weak tart apple aroma. Fruity dry weak tart apple flavor. Has a fruity slightly dry apple finish.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a pale yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy sulfur - very off and very bad. The flavor was tangy egg whites, sulfur and a bit of apple juice. Medium length egg white, sulfur and apple juice finish. Medium body. Awful - drain poured.

Good Cider. Much better on tap than out of the bottle.

Bottle poured clear gold with a lingering ring of white bubbles. Aromas of straw, light apple and light floral notes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of applew, straw and light vinegar with a crisp dry lingering apple finish.

Aromas are pretty subtle with some floral and fresh apple notes, and a slight bandage/medicinal quality. Clear copper, peach color and a fully fading head. Off-dry, fruity, and tart. Light-medium bodied with a refreshing, zippy acidity, and cleansing carbonation, and finishes with some lingering sticky fruitiness.

Pours the color of light lager. Sweet sticky fruit aroma. Flavor is apples, skins, and a touch of spice. Tart and refreshing in the finish. I don’t know much about cider but this is quite tasty.

The aroma is subtle and smells like yeast and apple juice, and the color of the cider is looks like a paler version of apple juice with no head or foam whatsoever. The taste is mildly sweet and slightly sour, which isn’t too indulgent of a flavor to keep you away from sipping the drink, and the palate is dry overall, which is a result of the soft carbonation, long finish, light body, and thin texture.

Maybe it is just the label but I swear I taste apple in this. Of the series my least favorite as it is neither sweet nor tart nor dry, it just is. A bland offering that is more like juice than cider, hard or otherwise.

This one poured a golden darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of lightly tart apple,s oe light cheese and some earthy tones. Flavor was semi dry, but still sweeter than most, apple, light vinegar and some must. Ok.

Bottle. Yellow pour with little head. Smells like wine and apple juice. Tastes sweet and refreshing. Decent for something different. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
