Pours like slightly fizzy apple juice. Taste is like a granny smith apple. Dry crisp and tart. Decent, but not something I would seek out again.

12 oz bottle bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Pours almost clear gold with no head, only a small ring of foam. Aroma is apple-y, but not extremely so, white wine-like. Taste is tart and dry. Carbonation is medium-high. Not bad.

From bottle. Mellow musky sweet cider aroma. Juicy apples with sugar and light alcohol. Dark amber dull clear with no head. Light watery body with medium-light carbonation. Tart crisp apple juice with light residual sweetness. Muted tart finish and after. Just a bit lactic in the after.

Tart apple flavor in a crystal clear cider. There is a long-lingering aftertaste of red apple. There is also a bit of bitterness and dryness to the beer.

12 oz. bottle. pours a minimal, short lived, white head, over a clear dark yellow (SRM 4) body........nose is apple, with hints of sour mustiness.....taste is light sour apple, hints of green apple, light hints of sour sweet on the finish.....mouth feel light, carbonation makes a foamy mouthful. This tastes as described, light with a refreshing sourness. BJCP 6/3/12/4/6

Bottle from Costplus. Dry apple aroma with some yeastiness. Yeasty and tart. Somewhat like a hefe. Not super sweet. Decent cider.

Bottle, this cider poured a clear gold - little darker than most of the ciders I had tried, it made a quick disappearing white head that went to a thin ring at the edges of the glass, there was a slow moving center stream of bubbles in the glass, there was no lacing, just tiny spots of bubbles hanging on the glass, the aromas were apples, aged apple, a little wood? apple cider, a little apple fruit sweetness, this cider had flavors of apple cider and applesauce with apple cider sweetness, it had more sweetness than I expected, the start of the drink starts sweet and ends mostly dry, the mouth feel was light with average to lively carbonation, some crispness on the palate, I enjoyed this drink.

Bottled. Poured crystal-clear, bright golden with no head sticking around. The aroma picked up tart apple skins and lightly-spicy yeast with apple meat beneath.. fresh and fragrant. The flavor found tart apple skins and oak on the tip of the tongue, with meatier apple beneath.. dry on the edges, with floral and spicy accents.. sweet and tart apple skins and a pinch of earthy spice on the crisp, refreshing finish. Light-medium bodied and engaging on the palate.. seemed like it wanted to be too sweet at a few points, but crisp dryness always pulled it back.. nice one.
