chronictonic (362), Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 30, 2003 In general, I found most of the Bok's we tried on our recent trip to the Netherlands to be thin and watery. The Anker Bok however came closest to a good, malty, slightly smokey traditional Bok. Sweet and well rounded flavor - lots of malt body. Good hop flavor at the end.
