Bottle. Pours hazy light amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops, with some needlelike and spicy notes and touches of malt. Bitter, hoppy and needlelike flavour with floral, spicy and herbal notes and malty and fruity touches. Acidic and needlelike aftertaste with hints of coriander. An interesting Heller Bock but more interesting than delicious.

Bottle, 6.5%. Perfumy and soapy aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is malty with some hay and straw, slightly soapy, but tastes all right. Some coriander. Clean lager finish, albeit with a hint of yeast... and soap, perhaps that is why it tastes clean... Interesting.

33 cl bottle @ home. Clear golden beer with a big, white head, pretty adhesive. Aroma is malts, herbs, lemons, yeast. Medium carbonation. Taste is lemons, yeast, herbs, coriander, bit hoppy. Aftertaste is a little sour, herbal rather than hoppy bitterness and some metal hints. It’s decent, but misses something.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear, golden colour with a white head. Aroma of yeast and peppery hop. Sweet to start, then a bitter finish. The palate is rich and smooth with more peppery hop and a dry finish. A pleasant beer.

(Anker Lentebok) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 6.5%. A bit out of season. Golden orange colour on the body with good activity in it and a huge and thick white head on top, with great retention.’ Malty aroma, sugars, light floral notes, perfume. Taste is sweet, with malts, apricots and nice fruity touches in general, light yeast, soft metallic touch on the finish along with bubblegum. Medium thin body, high carbonation. Good.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Blonde claire. Mousse blanche. Nez pin et citronné. Palais amer, notes d'herbe, sucre. Finale à peine acide. Pas mal

Clear yellow, big lasting, lacing white foam head. Strong barley, resin aroma. Warm taste, light dough but not unpleasant, nice beer. (Velp 201509)

Clear straw blond colour with lasting, fluffy head. The citrusy curacao is the most prominent of the spices. Luckily the cumin remains rather muted in the background. Too herbal overall.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with big white head that leaves some nice islands of foam. Massive coriander up front, cloves, banana, dried orange peel, bit of white pepper. Then some sweet malts, caramel and light walnuts. Taste is mainly sweet with soft bitter finish. Medium bodied with creamy feel and full carbonation. Has a lot of very nice classic Belgian elements, but there’s just too much spices for me.
