Rieser Hefe-Weizen is a topfermented, unfiltered, bottle conditioned specialty. Mild, fruity and yeast in the flavor. Brewed according to the German Purity Law. Ingredients are locally grown and premium quality. Ingredients: water, wheatmalts, barleymalts and yeast.

500ml bottle, slight cloudy honey gold hue, with a big rocky white head, good fruity ripe apple, banana, spicy yeasty nose, with an apple strudel dough, wheat, pale, munich malty note, and a cinnamon, nutmeg oatmeal accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with nice spicy, fruity ripe apple, banana puréed, vanilla pudding, Apple sauce, strudel dough, light spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, wheat, pale, munich malty character, leading toward a spicy dough, fruity yeastiness, vanilla banana cake, Apple strudel, lingering pale, wheat maltiness finish.

Average carbonation, lighter bodied, low hopped. A bit slick towards the end. MLF (More Lagerboy friendly)

Sample from tap @sbwf13. Cloudy golden with big white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, wheat, slight cloves and moar MOAR yeast. Taste is as expected, malt, wheat, yeast, banana and clove. Some lingering bitternerss in the finish.
