Ungstrup (23917) - Oamaru, - FEB 9, 2012
Bottled. An amber beer with a cream colored head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and vitamins. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, vitamins, and lemons, leading to a bitter lemony finish.

Hazy golden body, white head. Aroma has fresh hops, birch and fruits. Very strange and unorthodox. Flavour is sweet fruity, spicy and refreshingly yeasty?!?!? Very interesting one. Really nice.

pivnizub (7226) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAR 18, 2012
Bouteille: Deep golden, a bit unclear, small foamy layer, light herbal-woody nose, some bittering hops detectable, an illusion of cold tea is detectable as well; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied; drier bitter-sweet herbal finish. A bit too sweet in the "middle", but all in all O.K. ....

750 ml bottle as Annoeullin L’Angelus le Temps d’un Printemps. From bierzwerg.de.
Cloudy amber colour with small white head. Sugary sweetness, fruitiness, grass, birch, anise and fennel in fresh aroma. Malt, birch and some sweetness in flavour. Slightly watered flavour comparing to great fresh aroma. Low carbonation. Sweetness gets heavier when warms up. And actually it gets a bit annoying when it warms even more. Still I like this.

(bottle, 75cl, as L´Angelus Le Temps d´un Printemps) Hazy, golden colour with a collapsing medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Herbal and nettle-spicy aroma with notes of cara-malt, iced tea and a touch of anise. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly cara-malty base with present hints of herbs, nettles and an ethereally minty touch towards the sweet and shy bitter finish. A tad too sweet interesting though. 22.II.12
