Slightly grungy malty aroma, some hay. Soft palate. Gentle taste, some grassy hay bitterness. Alas a little dull for this time of the evening (late, fatigue setting in).

Bottle at ChrisO Snow Tasting, thanks to Ian. It pours golden yellow with a tiny white head. The nose is quite clean... grass, soft fruit, pear, melon and subtle herbal accents. The taste is initially relatively sweet, then dough, pear, melon, herbal, spice, metal and some bitterness with a dry, lightly spicy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Ok, but definitely not my thing.
