Clear light medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, spicy, fruity, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Clear golden with a large off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with malty and caramel notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with malty and caramel notes. Slightly spicy. Sweet finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, yeast, and a bit of caramel - very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, black peber, other spices, and yeast, leading to a dry spicey and peppery finish.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Rich cinnamon aroma. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Pleasant buttery malt and baked apples with cinnamon begfore a finish with herbal bitterness.

0,75l-bottle, Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Clear, perhaps slightly hazy deep amber-golden colour with an orangey glow. Small and creamy head. Aroma of malt and spices with a touch of lemon. Gull-bodied, lovely smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Intensively malty with some quite intenive flavours of cardamom pots (with a citrusy touch), cloves and cinnamon. The spices do not taste artificial at all, very good. There are lovely spicy hops in the lingering finish. Thats what I call a Christmas beer, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. What a pity I only bought one bottle.
