COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Après le succès de la Bracine de Printemps et son houblonnage puissant, nous souhaitions développer une nouvelle gamme de bières de spécialité, encore plus ancrée dans la tradition brassicole. En effet le houblon était très largement utilisé dans les bières de nos ancêtres essentiellement parce qu’il en assurait la conservation. anosteke est donc une bière résolument houblonnée lui conférant ainsi une amertume et une longueur en bouche incomparables. De plus notre anosteke est la première bière française dont les émissions de CO2 liées à sa fabrication et son transport sont compensées (cf www.actioncarbone.org). anosteke = traduction phonétique de « tot anoste keer », expression de chez nous signifiant « à la prochaine »

couleur blonde dorée. Nez généreux sur les saveurs de fleurs blanches. La bouche est intense, avec de belles notes d’agrumes Finale délicate et longue. Elle se prolonge sur une belle amertume.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, ripped fruit, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, malty, yeasty, fruity, hoppy, sharp, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110916]
