Bottle. Pours dark brown, with a small creamy head. Not too much aroma here, but some caramelly malts and some notes of smoke. Flavour is burned malts and coffee, giving this a dry finish.

A smoked, full aroma. Taste is also very thick, has notes of alcohol, roast and smoked dark malts. Definitely the best brew I’ve had from Antares, but it’s not that interesting compared to some of the imperial stouts I’ve had.

A little burnt aroma of brown sugar, roasted malt and chocolate. The taste is slightly sour and vinous, but also fresh. In the taste there are flavours of roasted malt, figs, chocolate, coffee and alcohol. A nice beer!

Dark brown pour with a medium tan head. Coca and roasted aroma. It really does have a tabacco and raison taste. A nice dry roasted yet sweet finish.

Deep and dark amber almost black colour with a persistent frothy tan head. Roasty malts aroma, spices and some notes of dry fruits. Malted and roasted taste with light sweetness and light bitterness. Round flavour. Creamy, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. I had the tap and it was not so robust and it had a light to medium body. Meanwhile on the very nice designed bottle it tends to be more a full body stout. Very good, a must try.
