ANTARES PALE ALE ( Brewmaster Edition ) Antares Pale Ale is beer of English origin that is distinguished by a reddish color and a sharp bitterness that sits on a good pale malt . The nose and the palate resinous and floral character of British hops , interspersed with light hints of fruit . It is a moderate alcohol content beer (5 %), easy to take, making it an excellent choice for a "session" with friends. The Pale Ale weds well with lamb, pork and beef . It is the ideal beer to accompany grilled meat, a good steak or steaks narrow .
