COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Josh's translation of the Spanish description: Ale (top-fermentation) has many followers at the Brewpub Antares, in Mar del Plata. A flashy ruby colour, fruity taste and malt accent are typical of beers in this style. And this is as well – because in Scotland – the place where Scotch Ale was born – the climate is good for barley, but not so friendly for hops. Antares Scotch is a beer with a full body. The alcohol level of 6%abv is virtually unnoticeable. It is recommended that Scotch ales should be served at 10C. This is ideal for drinking alone, or with beef, pork or pizza.

Bottle in Buenos Aires. Brown color with a light tan head. The aroma has cereal, biscuits, and semi-sweet malts. Smells like the fresh grains from a homebrew. A dry finish with malty bread flavors.
