Bottled Apperance: Light reddish with a wee, white, head. Aroma: Bread, Fruit and Cardamom. Taste: Exotic fruit, Caramel, Cardomom and some phenols. Palate: Smooth with medium-full liquid and with tiny bubbles and ending with a touch of fruit and caramel. No trace of the alcohol whatsoever. A very different belgian strong ale. Delicious and elegant. Thanks to Fukito for hooking me up with this one!

Bottled, thanks Fukito and baggio! Hazy pale amber, small head. Aroma of bread and marzipan, some cardamom. Mid sweet with soft, relaxed mouthfeel. Medium-full bodied, some perfume and winegums. Elegant, yet with concentrated flavours. Mid-bitter finish. Interesting and tasty beer!
