22 oz bottle from "Trader Joes" in Salem OR $5.49 Light gold beer with carbonation strings and an initial small bubbly white head..lasts 10 seconds. Aroma of semi-sweet cooing apple and some floral hop. OK Taste same as the aroma maybe the apples are now more granny smith and the hops mingle well. Mouth feel not the greatest due t the sweetness it becomes cloying at the end. If this had been a drier cider it would have helped. Ok cider the hops kinda work.

355ml bottle. No idea why every cider producer has to put cascade hops and only cascade in their cidr. Does have a hoppy nose, it is a sweeter and not that amazing cider htough.

Bottle. Typical cider pour and aroma. I detect no hop aroma. This is balanced and very good, very easy to drink. Really like it, but it needs some hop presence to live up to the name.

On tap at the Crow and the Pitcher. Aroma of green apple peel, light grass, and a light malt. Pours light blonde with great carbonation and a small lacing. Taste is crisp with light grass, green apple peel, and light apple juice. Great dry finish with a nice dry bubble. I like this very much.

Draught, St Augs. Pale green-yellow. Lots of alcohol taste, little bit of apple. No hops noted. Bit sulphury, big alcohol late and it’s thin. I’m looking for a positive here but not finding one.

On tap at the Alibi Room for Camrapalooza 2014, pours a clear nearly white colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out dryhops and very dry apples. Flavour is very dry and hoppy, with dry apples, dry hops and little residual sugar. Very drinkable but low complexity. Decent.

Poured pale whitish yellow with no head. Aroma of tart apple. Pretty dry cider but it works for me. Not getting much aroma or flavor from the hops but very refreshing and thirst quenching nonetheless.

Good balance of dryness with a touch of sweetness. The hops are a nice touch that accentuates the fresh apple flavor. Really interesting cider.

Fizzy whitish yellow, and very still in appearance. Aroma is light, with a slight whiff of alcohol, and taste is the same. Purely insipid.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Very pale blond color with almost no head. Some aroma of apple and plastic, light, and acidic; light hazelnuts. Dry and weak mouthfeel; light cider flavor, a bit of cider vinegar, with light acidity; the final is lightly bitter, vegetable.
It feels like drinking Swedish face ciders.
