Bottle at Stone, after a person with questionable taste returned the bottle, saying it was no good. "Yer dumb", I say. Light gold/amber with tiny to no head. Get the sweetness of a cider, with a chewy woodiness. Great movement around the mouth. Much more complex than other ciders I’ve had. Yummy.

bottle. Pale straw with minimal head. Slight aroma of hops, but I can’t really taste them all all. Just a pretty average cider with reasonable balance of sweet and tart flavors. Not much complexity. Could definitely use a bigger hop addition.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a clear transparent color with a nearly absent apple aroma. Figured the hops would contribute to the aroma a little more, but they play a small role in the flavor. Wish the hops added a little more. Very basic apple cider for me, though the flavor is good. Refreshing, and quite easy to drink. Just wanted a little more character.

Clear golden color with no head. Hops did add some bitterness to basically sweet apple cider.

Good cider, bold and flavorful. Sour apples, grass, little bit of hop, plastic. If is sweet like a starburst but balanced well by he ingredients. Sour. Not bad,

Bottle: Clear, bubbly gold with a quick white ring. Apple.....and a very light caramel note to the scent. Taste is straight-up apple.....with a hint of grassy hops.....adds a subtle "beery" aspect at the finish. Pretty good.

[Bottle] Sampled at Cider Summit Chicago 2015. Yellow pour is clear in complexion. Fizzy, white foam head. Nose is of floral hops, apples and a mild funk. Flavors of dry cider, herbal hops, yeasty phenols and some grass. All in all, it came together decently.

Bottle dated 7/21/14 so maybe not the freshest. Light yellow pour with some white foamy lacing along the sides of the glass. Starchy apple nose with very little sign of the hops. Flavor is much the same, just a little bit of sweetness, no glaring flaws. Perfectly good cider.

Draft sample. Crisp apple, maybe the barest hint of hops (though I may just be imagining that). OK, but nothing really standing out from another above-average cider.

This is a tasty cider with a subtle touch of hops. Is is perfectly clear yellow with no head. its nose is fruity and floral with some pine and earthy notes that seem to be from the hops. This is rather dry and not terribly flavorful but pleasant. It is slightly tart and very slightly resinous in the finish. A cut above soda pop style ciders for sure but a bit on the bland side for my tastes.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Hoboken Vine, 9/5/14

Aroma: The nose is clean apple, not particularly sweet, with some light spice notes
Appearance: It pours a clear apple juice yellow with a tiny, bubbly head and no lace to speak of
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet and lightly tart apple, clean flavor, simple, mild bitterness
Palate: The body is light, it is smooth and easy drinking, with a clean, light finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was quite solid. Its an easy cider for sure. Clean and drinkable. It doesn’t get overly sweet or overly tart, it just stays balanced, simple, and clean. There’s something to be said for that.
