Bottle shared with my wife to celebrate closing on our refinance. Bottle was a bit of a gusher. Pours a hazed pink tinged amber. Somewhat bummed that we didn’t drink this when we got it about a month ago as it used to be quite beautifully pink. Soft candied apple on the nose, sweet and clean. Smells very much like their ice ciders. Medium bodied with a large amount of big vigorous carbonation. Big bright apples, though again I reckon they would have been more prominent a month ago but it’s still lovely and tart. Long tart apple, crisp yeast tones throughout. There was a good bit of yeast sediment in the bottle as well, and I’m personally a fan of that yeasty character coming through. Long tart yeasty apple on the finish. A touch over carbonated but utterly lovely. If this wasn’t close to $20 a 750 I’d probably buy it by the case. Delicious.

탄산화 된 뿌연 금색. 향은 아이스사이더 같은데 맛은 좀 흙같은 맛이 남. 아닌가? 나무..맛인가?
