Bottle shared with my lovely wife. Pours a beautiful tawny amber. Rich caramel and apples on the nose, supple and rich, tart acid. My mouth waters just smelling it. Big and rich, loads of sweet apples, super tart. Incredible caramel and tart apple. Velvety. This is absolutely gorgeous. Long lingering tart acid that hangs around for a few minutes. Remarkable stuff.

Bottle at cider tasting. Orange pour with no head. Sweet flavor with apple aroma. Sweet caramel, some apple, berry fruit, honey and nut flavors. Very nice.

Deep amber pour. The nose is incredible. Rich and chewy with loads of bright fruit. Pineapple and toasted almond with a bright malic acidity. Fruity and rich and loaded with light berries and light fruit. Lingering prickly tartness. Intense with excellent balance.

Bottle shared by Puzzl at our cider tasting. Pours a clear medium copper with big legs. Aroma is green apple, vegetal, big apple cider, and must, skins, and flesh, honey sweet fruit cake, and apple pie with hints of earth and wood. Flavor is apple pie, spicy, honey, light pear hints, gets a bit waxy in the mouthfeel which I kind of like, then a good harsh prickly acidity towards the end and fairly clean as well. nice!

Bottle shared by Andy, thanks man. Pours a honey color with light legs and trace bubbles. Sweet lush green apples, honey, light maple notes and a nutty caramel accent. Floral honey blossom with a mild acidity. Nice.

Bottle from the cidery. The owner of this cider expressed his desire to start a new, high-end artisinal ice cidery in Quebec. This is the reserve version. The pour is a darker gold, with nice legs. Solid tartness and green apple in the nose. Good body, pure, rich apple, big and bright and excellently balanced. Very solid but regular ice cider, closer to Niege than Frimas. Great but not worth the $40 price tag.
