COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tímto pivem vzdáváme hold nejznámějšímu českému sládkovi Františku Ondřeji Poupěmu, který ve Slaném v letech 1794—1798 působil. K výrobě našeho tmavého 12 stupňového ležáku je použito všech čtyř tradičních druhů českého sladu. Pivo je spodně kvašené a za svou černou barvu a příjemnou velmi plnou chuť vděčí použití praženého sladu. Nižší sladkost přispívá k jeho výborné pitelnosti a je skutečným skvostem mezi tmavými pivy.

On tap @ the brewpub. Unfiltered. Pours black as Coke with a 1 inch tanned creamy head. Aroma of roasted malts. Taste is light roasted and nutty malts with some light butterscotch. Smooth creamy mouthfeel, lingering caramelly aftertaste.

draught in the brewpub,Same as Tmavé poupě. Coffee-caramel aroma, maltty aroma too, Totally dark-black colour, brown foam, full malty taste, medium bitterness, superb dunkel beer, slicky , full body.
