On tap at the brewpub in Slaný: Golden, cloudy with a stable and creamy off-white head; moderate fruity (grapefruit . ananas) and bitter nose , not too dry, with a malty sweetish counterpart; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, soft and light bodied; lingering smooth fruity and hoppy finish. on tap at the festival minipivovaru 2012 at prague castle. this stood out as one of the few oddities at the festival; most breweries brought their normal svetly or polotmavy or tmavy (not that i’m complaining - it was great to try so many in one place). anyways, a bright, sunny shade of amber with a generous head; surprisingly subdued aroma, probably because it was served way too cold for an english ale; traces of rosewater, mild bitterness, hints of toffee. will have to try again some time at room temperature
