Čapované v Beer Time Nitra. Tmavšia, priehladná farba, jemne nahnedlá nižšia pena, sladová aróma. stredná rezkost, slad, karamelky, na konci jemná horkost. Dobré polotmavé pivo. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice mahogany, small tight head. Pleasant sweet nutty woody aroma. Sweet mashy body, a little under-attenuated for my tastes. A little bit husky, but quite bland. Full palate, carbonation quite high though. Finish mashy, a little nutty and sweet. Unimpressed.

Keg at the Brewpub in Slany Day 5 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 3/10/14. Clear reddy / copper coloured pour, with a fleetinghalo of sticky cream head. Aroma is sweet biscuity and toasted malts, toffee, unrefined sugars. Flavour is composed of brown bread, toasted malts, light jammy fruits, rye spice and a touch of sweet toffe, but rounds out nicely. Palate is just beautiful, just melts in the mouth, slightly creamy, highish carbonation. Really tasty, very good balance.

Draught. Pours unclear amber in color with an off-white head. Hay, doughy yeasty and caramel notes in aroma. Malty notes, sweet hard toffee and some grassyness in taste. More of bitters and sort of green herbs mixed with a nice touch of maltyness in the end. Actually there’s quite lot of grainy notes here, which is okay. Well balanced and tasty.

(Keg at William K Annankatu, 20141220) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, malts and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, molasses, butter, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had molasses, butter, sweetness and bitterness. An easily drinkable malty Czech beer.
