This beer has a dark red body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had no carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is karamelsweet.

On tap at the brewpub. Red copper colour with a solid offwhite head. Good fruity aroma, hints of bananas and berries. Fruity flavours, slightly sweet with caramel, drier towards the finish. Warming alcohol. A nice Christmas beer.

Bottle Kerstbierfestival 2007: Poured a caramel amber color with white head. Aroma is sweet toffee, fruit, and roasted malt. The taste is sweet caramel/toffee with nice roasted maltness.

Draught. Spicy, malty, yeasty aroma. Colour is dark red, big stable white head. Very smooth beer. Flavour is very malty and quite sweet with some burnt caramel in the aftertaste. Very well-balanced, harmonic beer.
