COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
AORA FURIA, cerveza Ale con 5 grados de alcohol para cuya elaboración hemos utilizado maltas de cebada con varios tostados , levaduras seleccionadas y lúpulo Nugget 100% leonés para conseguir el bouquet perfecto en perfecta combinación con un cuerpo medio. Elegante y fresca es el resumen de una perfecta cerveza de calidad para el verano.

Dos fermentaciones fueron necesarias para conseguir elaborar esta cerveza. Para un perfecto afinado la segunda fermentación se efectuó en botella para que la carbonatación (formación del gas) sea absolutamente natural. Técnicamente esta cerveza artesana es una de la clase Pale Ale que hace una fermentación a alta temperatura con el fin de lograr una gran extracción de las maltas y conseguir una estructura que la hará fácilmente reconocible.

Nebuloso color dorato con schiuma bianca poco persistente. Aroma lieve ed erbaceo con sentori di luppolo e malto piuttosto delicati. Gusto più deciso, luppolato ma non molto amaro con note più agrumate nel finale. Retrogusto asciutto, corpo soddisfacente e dissetante. Buona come birra estiva!

Bottle from Carrefour. Hazy golden coloured with an off-white head. Nose is light yeasty, malty, bit of citrus. Flavour is malty, slightly fruity, bit of yeast. Medium carbonation, bit of spicyness.

Murky golden, medium head. Smells..Belgian yeasts, some spice, caramel and banana. Tastes.. Much less impressive.. ..yeasty banana, some caramel malts,spice is there, hop hints, it is ok, but not as good as the hordeata that was not listed on the site, that I consumed before this.

[ Trade by teddybeer ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, clean grain, light to moderate hoppy, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, dry, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130221]

330ml bottle. Sweet and spicy aromas. Pours very hazy, golden, floculated, with molasses. Light to medium body, crispy textures, high carbonation. Taste is sweet, watery, some spicy. Not balanced, some unpleasant flavours. Forgettable.

33cl bottle. Golden colour with a nice white head, medium lasting. Aroma is light hoppy, fruity and moderate yeasty. Flavor is malty, notes of yeast are present, light sweet and slightly hoppy in the final. Carbonation and body are medium.
