COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mata Blondie is a refreshing, cloudy Belgium style Wheat beer brewed with a specially selected Belgium Yeast strain. Mouth-watering aromas and flavours of coriander and citrus are evident, along with a secret indigenous NZ spice.

Cloudy yellowcolour with large firm white head. Huge lemon zest aroma. Citrus flavour which is short. Tangy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Citrusy, spicy witbier nose and typical pale, cloudy appearance. Minimal head. Coriander, citrus and something else (the secret NZ ingredient) very prominent in flavour, almost overpowering. The body is light with average carbonation which should make it easy drinking but there is a long spicy finish that’s not to my liking.

traditiona Wit nose. Clear enough to still see thru the glass. Lovely balanced flavours - a little tropical, a little spice. Drying in the finish maybe a touch much coriander and a little thin in patches but hingly drinkable none the less
