COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

At a tasting, lighti gold colour, aroma of clove and cinamon with some sausage spiciness in the back that feels too strong and medicinal, flavour of clove and cinamon with a strong candy like sweetness and sourness at all. Drinkable but much too sweet.

20/07 and completed the next day at Richtar Jakub, Bratislava. It had full golden body with small legs. Strong honey aroma, spiced up with mint and some milder herb. Flavor is quite sweet with spices again, mint, cinnamon, cloves and ordinary dry herbs. Long, warming finish. Quite interesting and although a bit too sweet for my taste I admit it’s a great mead.
