Aromat przyjemnie słodki, typowo miodowy z nutami morelowymi (?), lekko kwaskowy ale i alkoholowy. W smaku alkohol ukryty całkiem nieźle, ujawniający się w przełyku. Dominuje słodycz miodu skontrastowana wyraźną nutą orzechową (włoskie i laskowe). Długi rozgrzewający finisz. Męczące na dłuższą metę, ale kieliszek od czasu do czasu poprawi humor.

Poured an amber color from the bottle aromas of sweet honey, light black currents, booze, and a touch of vanilla. Flavors are the same smooth aftertaste, could drink this all day, but slowly the abv will get you.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2013 250 ml bottle. Lovely colors, orange-amber, separating into cleaner the edge, oily. Huge honey aroma, with wood and a bit of oxidation, sherry, aged Sauternes, alcohol, and a bit of sweet orange and berry. Mostly honey though. Well acidic flavor, though sweet honey through and through as well. Citrus:sweet orange and lemon. Sweet finish with some tart tang. Excellent stuff. Probably too sweet to drink a lot, though.

Bottle at Fermentation. Deep golden pour. Sweet brown sugar, toasty, berries and honey aroma. Mouth coating palate with flavors similar to the aroma, deep toasty and darkened fruit with brown sugar. Pretty good stuff.
