Aroma - of my cock, that’s amazing! initially boozy, then settles down quickly - ripe dates, ferraro roche chocolate, I’ll stop describing and taste now. Taste. Wow. I have no words. Lovely legs, smooth, not too strong, I could drink a bucket of this. Smooth, slick, moderate alcohol, nutty, fruity - how could you not love this? It’s almost gone now - I shall mourn its passing ...

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle, at cgarvieuk’s, with Stella, the kids, and Traci. Really great tasting Craig—thanks! It was a totally unexpected surprise to be able to have a taste of this. Lovely peach color. Nose is concentrated essense of wild flower honey, and a tawny port plum quality. Wonderfully thick perfume sweetness, musky rich and luxurious.. Sweet enough to be dessert, but enough acidity and cleanness to the finish to keep it from being candy. Lovely.

Appearance: Pours oily and sticky, heavy and full body, body hue is intensive medium to dark, very high viscosity in body texture, deep plummy red, orangy or red grapefruit like, body density is thick, body is clear, oily with distinct, sticky traces of excellent lacing on the glass sides.
Aroma: Natural honey, sweet plums, liquor, cognac, wildberries, winegrapes, strawberry, sweet brown sugar, much heavier aroma than the fresh, flowery, fruity aroma of ’Dwojniak Kurpiowski’, pine, some notes of flowers and raisin, prune, plum, wine.
Flavour: Amazing liquor, nectar and syrup, silky and velvet like palate and flavour, a great load of natural honey mixed with some fruity notes of wildberries and strawberries, cranberries, hint of lemon, vanilla, perfectly balanced flavour with amazing palate, cask wood.
Palate: Body is full, texture is 100% syrupy, finish feel is rather long, light alcoholic warmth strenghtening honey aroma dominating over the overall impression with mild pine, citrusy and fresh forest fruit nose.

Jul 7, 2008 8oz pour @ Hopleaf. clear copper pour. Butterscotch, maple syrup and honey are the dominant aromas. Mouthfeel is thick and viscous. Lusicous taste of honey, hint of raspberry and rose. Amazing smell. When you swirl it in the glass, it has amazingly thick legs. N ice to have tried it.

Jul 3, 2008 Pours a thick golden color with no head. Low carbonation. Sweet complex dark honey, plum and alcohol aroma.
Lightly sweet, lightly bitter initial flavour. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter finish.
Little too sweet maybe but it would be nice as a dessert.

Jun 23, 2008 Rich copper/ruby in colour, no head, excellent alcohol legs. The aroma is extremely powerful, lots of plums, candied sugar, honey, flowers and alcohol, quite sweet as well. The flavour is very rich, sweet, very plummy, lots of alcohol, berries, maple and honey. Hot sweet mouthfeel, soft body, next to no carbonation. Finishes sweet, very warm, long.
This is just incredable, lots of alcohol but it never became a distraction because of how much else is going on here. Just stunning stuff.
