Bottle brown, 750 ml.
Appearance: Pors quite bright golden body with low viscsity, body is perfectly clear, generally looks sunny and quite bright but no surprise for Trojniak.
Aroma: Notes of cokies, powder sugar, honey, white wine, rowanberry, blueberry, rasin, sourness, saltyness, minerality.
Flavour: Very nice and pleasant fruity-spicy start, especially notes of rowanberry, blueberry, explicity sweetness at the front and the tip of the tongue, nice peppery and sharply spicy, middle back of the tongue, very juicy and honey sweet again on palate, all this and especially the unusual and quite surprising connection of juicy sweetness with peppery spicyness creates an original flavour worth of desire, finish duration is lonf and pleasant.
Palate: Body is full, texture is oily and sticky, finish feel is warmly spicy with a smooth, pleasant sweetness.

Sweet fruity smell which at first could be confused for port. Appears clearish golden either like watered down honey or another bee by-product. First taste was medium sweet and reminiscent of a port, although probably because of similar alcohol level, lack of carbonation and lack of mead exposure. More sips revealed a light dry finish, a pleasant surprise and unexpected from the honey association.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a golden color with no head. Has a sweetish spicy honey aroma. Sweetish warming spicy honey flavor wit some hints of raisin. Has a sweetish warming spicy honey finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear golden. Sweet honey, spices and caramel in the nose. Medium body, again clean and fresh honey with spices. Very delicious and well balanced. Warming alcohol finish. 021110

Clear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, light berry notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy honey - honey nectar ! honey, light alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. Bottle at Papsø’s -- Thanks. Clear amber/golden - white head. Honey, fruity, peppery, raisins, light flowery, ok bitterness, sweetness, light wooden notes. Nice.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of honey, berries and flowers with notes of alcohol. Sweet flavour of honey, berries and flwoers. Sweet and warming alcoholic finish.

Drunk to celebrate my rating number 18,700. Bottled. A dark golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and berries. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of honey, alcohol, and berries, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is mild butterish and floral fruity. Pollen and floral flavoured. Smooth honey and fruity into a mellow finish.

clear yellow/orange, no head. aroma is honey and spices. flavor is honey,citrussy touch, nice.

Bottled. Golden coloured. No head. Aroma of subdued honey, sweetness, fruits and berries. Flavour of berries, honey, light sweetness, fruits. Medium to full bodied. Sweet in the end with a light alc.touch on the lips.
