Spice in the aroma. Smells fresh and clean. A good bit of peppery flavor in the taste. Flavors are fairly crisp, moderate to heavy sweetness. Looks a little like heavy apple juice. Good.

250 ml bottle. Clear pink gold with no bubbles. Nose is honey with grassy, musty herbs. For a mead not so sticky and syrupy but still rich and saturated. Taste is honey softened with a touch of lime and parsley. I thought the muted sweetness worked well.

Bottled. A red-amber mead. The aroma has strong notes of honey as well as medium notes of alcohol and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, lemon, flowers, and some spices.

Bottle, in Warsaw
Golden color. Honey aroma, deep, lightly floreal. Sweet flavor, sugary, not too much honey presence. It only has a medium body strength, the alcohol has a moderate bite. Pleasant, but not special.

250ml bottle (fancy drink ship in Warsaw)
A pale gold nectar. Very mellow, but spicily woody, honey aroma. Smooth and silky in the mouth. Some light fruity retronasals - maybe apple and a touch of cinnamon. Alas a tiny hint of plastic too, but I think that’s some heavy organics from the barrels. Almost a slight burntness to some of the sips. A touch sweet, but utterly delicious, and with no hint of the alcohol apart from a pleasant warming.

25cl bottle, thanks Naam, nice bronze color with no head, aroma is very alcoholic with honey sweetness, apples and wild odor like barnyard, spices like mint and jasmine overall it is nice, flavor of honey and barnyard some nice acidity, as some qualities of wine. Body is medium and complexity of flavors is medium as well. As my first mead I would say this one is OK.
