Bottle 750ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with virtually none appearance head, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate flowers, moderate to light heavy honey, heather honey, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long long long duration, spicy - alcoholic. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20091003]

Bottle. Golden body. Light spicy and highly sweet aroma. Flavour is lots of sweet honey, light alcohol and spices. Some dark fruits as well.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear golden - no head. Honey, sweetness, raisins, berries, dark sugar, fruity, sticky, high sweetness, light alcoholic. Nice.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear amber coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, honey and spices. Sweet flavour of caramel, honey and spices woth notes of flowers. Sweet finish.

Bottled. golden colorued. clear. no head. honey, ripe fruits and some spices in the aroma. flavour of honey, alcohol, ripe fruits. Medium to full bodied. alcoholdense fruity end.

Clear golden with no head. Sweet aroma with loads of honey and overripe fruits. Sweet flavour with overripe fruits, honey and warming alcohol towards the end.

Bottled. A pale golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and pollen. The flavor is very sweet with notes of honey, pollen, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
