This beer is 8% ABV with 110 IBUs. Our Citra hops are balanced with Munich malts, resulting in a deliciously hoppy yet smooth brew!

Draught at the Shenandoah Hops, Staunton, VA. Dark red colour with a small head. Absolutely intense fruity hoppy aroma. I don't normally dig Red Ales but this one kicks ass. Very fruity, very hoppy, very strong and absolutely tasty. Great stuff! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured at GABF and drank at GABF...I was volunteer pouer. Damn good brew here. Huge IBU yet so well balanced. Rich malty brew but better yet the fresh hops plowing through!!! Hard to tell it was 8%. Superb brew.

Dried leaves, pepper, wormwood nose, a little vegetal. Clear tea colored, thin yellow head. Cherries, oak, boiled cabbage. Tangy, medium body, viscous. Sampled from a growler that wasnít sanitized. It was rinsed thoroughly and the beer was sampled less than 6 hours from filling. I donít think this is all the growlerís fault.

Serving: Draft at MacDowell Brew Kitchen. Nice ruddy amber pour with a thin off white head. Light citrus in the nose with a bit of bread and toast. A touch sweet up front with caramel malt, citrus, and a lingering bitterness. Medium bodied. Surprised at the IBUs. I didnít think it was that hopped up.

Draft->mini tumbler at Spacebar. Amber with offwhite head. Grassy and citrus hops, some spiciness, over a caramel malt base. Decent, but could be better balanced.

Piney, grassy aromas, citrus, hops, very fresh. Very fresh, lemon peel, pineapple, but not too sweet. Spicy. Smooth. Boozy. Yes!

Aromas are piney, citrusy, flowery, with some toasted bread crust. Clear amber with a lasting white head. Round fruity hops first, off-dry, caramelly, malty middle, sharper hops and mostly clean in the finish, great balance. Medium body, a little spicy, well carbonated.

Tap @ Sedona, Charlottesville. The pourís deep amber with a small head. The nose is somewhat stale. Notes of cardboard, sweet red apple and cherry fruit leather. Similar flavors. more cardboard. Thin and one dimensional. Stale. Sweet toffee malt. Mild bitterness on the finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, this tastes like it was sitting in a distributorís warehouse for 6 months. :(
