3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20Draft and growler. Pours hazy yellow with white frothy head. Nice orange and lemon zest aroma. Also get a bit f the wheat in there. The flavor is decent enough can taste that citrus zest and it blends very well. Do like this beer alot.

It poured a bright yellow color with a decent white head. The aroma was of cloves and bananas. The taste was of some decent coriander notes with nice bubble gum notes. The mouthfeel was thick enough. A decent Hefe.

On tap at brewery
For a brewery that has only been in existence two weeks in a tucked away location the results so far are impressive. It was tough to narrow down my choices to only a couple so I started with this light summer hefeweizen that was true to the spirit of the style. I don’t know if it is still on tap but should it comes back around check it out.
Aroma / Appearance - A hazy golden body pours into the cup easily. Thin white wispy headspace collapses on itself quickly. Banana, cloves, and wheat give this a light summery feel ideal for a warm evening.
Flavor / Palate - Bananas and cloves are true to the style. A light citrus finish makes it easy to drink. Before too long my glass was empty. Beers like this are dangerous because they make flavor with low enough alcohol that it might sneak up on you before you realize it. Even so I wouldn’t complain about finishing a growler myself.

Tap at brewery. Funky banana and light wheat aroma. Hazy golden with a small white head. Banana, clove, bubblegum flavor. Light spritzy body. Really nice drinkable beer.

Tap at brewery. Banana, sour milk, clove and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet ripe banana, light clove, and wheat malt flavor. Very nice - an authentic Hefe.

Rating from memory- Aroma of substantial gum with some hay and slight herbal hops. Appearance was cloudy gold with bubbly white head. Flavor matched the nose; I missed the clove that stands out in most top hefe’s. Palate was bubbly. Good, but I needed more clove.
