Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, dusty notes, butterscotch notes, star anis. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090205]

Tap at St. Clemens, Aarhus, shared with Roger. Abv is 5,1%. Very dark, almost black, color, beige head. Aroma is Roasted malt, coffee and dried fruit. Flavor is roasted malt, dried fruit and has a fine bitterness.

Tap at Sct. Clemens. Nice head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rost malt, coffee, notes of dark chocolate and some hops.

Draught. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Very dark brown body. Acidic berries aroma with lemon notes. Heavily carbonated sour beriies caramel flavor with a long aftertaste.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy orange brown coloured with a very small off white head. Sweet aroma of caramel with notes of nuts. Flavour of caramel and nuts with roasted and hoppy notes and an acidic touch. Sharp hoppy finish.

Skt. Clemens, Aarhus, DK. On tap, 300109. Amber with white head. Aroma of caramel and hop spices. Flavor is malty with a sour tone and fruit notes.

Pours a deep golden brown with a great, staying, creamy medium off white head. Aroma is mild, rather sweet, caramel and light chocolate. Light mouthfeel, actually a bit watery. Flavour starts of weak, lightly roasted, weak hops. An okay aftertaste with light chocolate. Gains a bit with warmth.

Hazy deep amber colour with a dense off white head. Caramel sweet aroma with a yeasty acidic note. Light roasted malty flavor with caramel sweet and fruity notes.
