Tap @ Apollo, Cph.
Pours a deep golden brown with a great, staying, creamy medium off white head. Aroma is mild, rather sweet, caramel and light chocolate. Light mouthfeel, actually a bit watery. Flavour starts of weak, lightly roasted, weak hops. An okay aftertaste with light chocolate. Gains a bit with warmth.

Hazy deep amber colour with a dense off white head. Caramel sweet aroma with a yeasty acidic note. Light roasted malty flavor with caramel sweet and fruity notes.

On tap at the brewpub. Nice looks, with a clear, copper body and a dense, medium sized beige head. Quite fruity nose, with a pleasant roasty touch. The flavor has a roasted start, then the fruityness comes, and there’s also a decent bitterness. Medium to full body with a pleasant level of co2. The experience starts quite nice, but it turns out to be a quite ordinary beer. Quaffable though. (071006)

Draught. Hazy deep amber. Sweet bit sour toasty aroma with a touch of smoke. Soft bit sweet flavour with toasted malt, bit of sourness and hops. Dry bitter finish. Rather mild and simple for a fresh on the premises brew. Would be better without the strange sourness.

Brown with a red hue, and a tiny off-white head. Weak maltyaroma. Dry malt and caramel flavour.
