Amber with a lasting white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with a mineral touch of Belgian yeast. Dry and bitter with a nice pine and herbs hop flavour

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, light grapefruit, light moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110505]

Tap @ Apollo, Copenhagen. Pours clear golden with a white head on top. Fruity and hoppy nose and flavor. Grass and bubblegum. Ends dry with a fair amount of bitterness. Medium bodied. Ok.

Pours lovely, clear amber with a staying, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is a bit soapy (but not in a bad way), light apricot, green apple, mild peppermint and esters. Medium to high carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely balanced between the fruity hops and the Belgian yeast. Apricot, oranges, mild resin. Really quite delicious.

Tap. Clear golden with medium off-white head. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, perfume, floral, bitter and hops.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear orange coloured with a cramy white head. Fruity aroma of grass and hops with notes of yeast and phenols. Fruity flavour of hops and grass with notes of yeast and phenols. Dry hoppy finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity, citrusy. Soapy, grassy, citrusy and slight yeasty flavoured. Bitter, citrusy and grassy dry finish. Bitter dry finish.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of flowery hops and yeast. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of ester and Belgian yeast combined with medium notes of hops, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish, where the alcohil tickles the tongue.
