Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours a nice, clear amber with a good, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has malts, light fruity and herbal tartness. Low carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour has notes of yeast, some cardboard. Still, there is good malts, light sweetness, some herbal bitterness with a grainy touch.

On tap. Pours a clear deep amber with a handsome but slightly rough off-white head. Sweetish aroma of malt and caramel - perhaps a light whiff of butter. Medium body with a low carbonation and a very soft mouthfeel. Good and solid malt base with distinct caramel accents, while I don’t detect much Blackthorn, unless that’s what leaves a slightly astringent and herbal bitterness. But actually a rather harmonious Bock. 190109

From tap at the brewpub. Pours slight cloudy, dark orange to golden brown with a dense, off-white and creamy head. Aroma is mild spiced and roasted malty to breadish. Medium sweet caramel and slight roasted malt flavour. Light bitterness and mild spiced flavoured into a dry finish with a lasting roasted malt impression.

Draft. A hazy red amber beer with a dense orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of malt and yeast as well as lighter notes of sloe. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and yeast, as well as a light touch of sloe, leading to a dry spicy finish. The body is thin.
