Tap @ Apollo, Cph.
Pours clear dark red with a nice, staying, frothy, beige head. Roasted aroma, light hazel and chestnut, dark chocolate, very soft butterscotch. Medium, rather prickly carbonation. Fine mouthfeel, rather light, though. Flavour has sweet malts, lots of dark chocolate that ventures into light coffee and softly roasted malts. Long, lingering dryness in the finish with good roasted notes. Nice, but its spritzyness detracts.
