Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, dusty malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, burnt malt - caramel, sweet malt, dusty malt, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110622]

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy bready flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

On tap. Clear deep golden - close to amber - with a creamy beige head. Sweet malts in the nose with a buttery touch. Medium-bodied, very solid malt base with a whiff of butterscotch and a fairly hoppy finish. 070711

Draught at the brewpub. Golden beer witha nice white head. Malty, somewhat roasted aroma, bready with some dough. Malty bready flavor, sweetish caramel notes. Very much on the malty side, but still drinkable.

Draught at Brewpub. Orange colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops and caramel.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small, dense and white head. Aroma is mild butterish and caramelish. Sligh sweet and toasted malty. Bitter and yet sweet caramelish into the finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of hay, hops, caramel and ashtray. Malty flavour of carameland hops with notes of grain and phenols. Hoppy finish,

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of butter,and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and butter, leading to a dry finish. Reminds me more of a Czech Pils than a Dortmunder.
