1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Papsoe (22946) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2005
(On tap) Amber coloured, slightly hazy with a small head. Almost no aroma, no flavour and no body. Incredibly characterless beer with no real traces of malt nor hops. That doesn’t leave much idea of a beer, does it? 220505

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 Ungstrup (23917) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - APR 26, 2005
An unclear dark orange beer with a huge beige head. The aroma is very light of wheat. The flavor is very nutty with light notes of buck wheat and hints of wheat dryness in the end, while the body is thin. Earlier Rating: 4/17/2005 Total Score: 3.1 An unclear orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is very wheaty with notes of citrus as well as hints of yeast. The flavor is again very wheaty - but a little off to normal wheatyness, it is probably the buckwheat. It also contains notes of oranges as well as yeast. The buckwheat is much more present in the brew done by Sct. Clemens than in the same brew done by Apollo, which makes the Sct. Clemens version more characterful and therefore IMO better. Earlier Rating: 4/16/2005 Total Score: 2.9 An unclear amber beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of wheat. The flavor is also sweet malty, but also with light notes of buckwheat and fruit. Quite boring.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 madsberg (7525) - Søborg, DENMARK - APR 16, 2005
Draught @ the brewpub: Amber coloured. Unclear. Beige medium sized and dense head. Citric and ligth wheaty aroma. Might be a little scent of buckwheat. Light fruit, light spices, light citrus and buckwheat in the flavour. Is quite bland and sweet and reminds me a lot of other products from the brewpub. Boring and quickly diminishing.
