Light body. Lemonade-ish with pretty much grassy ginger.

Oct 1, 2008 250ml draught at the brewpub in Copenhagen. 5.5% ABV. Pale golden body with a thin ring of bubbles on the top. Refreshing smell of grass and ginger. Careful hints of ginger in flavour added by sweet malts. Smooth mouthfeel and a thirst quenching (11.09.2008).

Oct 1, 2008 Draught@Apollo, Copenhagen. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger and some mild fruits and wood. Flavour is malts, hops and some mild notes of ginger. Rather watery.

Sep 28, 2008 Had this in St Clemens Brewpub, Aarhus 17-09-08 Some ginger powder in the mouth didn’t really get any root ginger or a gingery burn at all. Ginger is the only real taste to mention here, its sweet and a light amber pour and its just ok.
