Draught @ Apollo: Light dusty golden coloured. Beige medium sized quickly diminishing head. Aroma is light fruity with malt and hops notes. Sweet flavoured with notes of spices, honey and yeast. Somewhat cloying. Is sweet in the end and not long lasting on the palate.

Bryggeriet Skt. Clemens, Aarhus, DK. On tap. Fine bubbled palate from the honey but especially flavor from the heather

Golden color. Nice malty aroma, some hop. Clear honey taste, not too sweet anyway, but not enough complex, nor interesting; not really hop-aromatic.

A hazy orange beer with a huge collapsing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of Apollo yeast and hops. The flavor is sweet and sticky in the mouth with notes of honey, caramel, Apollo yeast, and spices of which bogmyrtle and pineneedles ara most dominant.
