Light unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, toffee, flowers, caramel notes. Flavor is moderate toffee sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090321]

Draught. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Clear brown body. Weak and sweet flowery cream caramel aroma. Mild creamy and yet bitter hibiscus flavor. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

Draught. Hazy amber golden, quite short bubbly white head. Mild sweetish caramel spiced aroma. Thin mouthfeel. Mild flowery bit spiced lightly bitter flavour with some Apollo yeast. Rather simple brew.

Drauhgt at the brewpub. Yellow/golden color, nice steady head. Floral aroma, some hops and bread. Floral hop flavor, sourish and with some grass.

On tap. Clear warm amber with a fine, creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Sweetish malty nose with a whiff of fruit. Medium body, again fairly sweet malts with a light spicy and exotic touch - maybe from the Hibiscus? Lightly bitter finish. Very quaffable. 300309

tap at apollo, cph. clody aronage, small offwhite head. aroma is orange, spices. a bit faint aroma for the alc. flavor is sweet, caramelly, hibiscus flowery, ends slightly bitter.

Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Caramel malty aroma with a little diacetyl. Dry and malty, boring flavour and just a touch of flowers.

Draught at Apollo, Cph. Clear amber/golden - white head. Toasted, caramel,, fruity. flowery, dryness, grainy, peppery, honey, candy. Wierd.

Pours clear amber with a nice, frothy, off-white head. Sweet aroma, light flowery with some caramel. Highish carbonation, fair mouthfeel - just a tad spritzy. Flavour is sweet, some honey, toffee, flowers and light dryness. Extremely drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of hay, caramel and candies. Fruity flavour of caramel, malts, hay and hops. Dry hoppy finish.
