Draugt at Sct. Clemens. Creamy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow cloudy colour. Moderate hoppy slightly acetic aroma. Week but delicate sweet/bitter flavor, Average finish. lively carbonated, ok palate. Refreshing mild taste, not as soapy as other Clemens.

Draught at sct. clemens, Aarhus. Hazy yellow with little creamy head. Aroma is mildly malty with sweet honey. Great mouthfeel and the honey makes the beer stick a little to your teeth. Sweet and fresh.

Draught at the brewpub. Light hazy yellow colour with a small white head. That apollo yeast I just don´t like, fruity aroma and a sweet light honey, spicy taste. Medium body with a light dry finish.
