Cloudy amber color, small creamy head. It has a light aroma of Pilsner, really? Good mouthfeel, but the flavor is disappointing, dry caramel with a pepper touch. Quite bitter, with a small harshness from the roasted malt. Not an IPA, not a beer that I appreciate.

Cloudy amber color. Light fruity hops. Structured body, malty, with a very good bitterness, well melted, with a classic hop-caramel touch and at least this one with no Apollo-yeast effect. Good, well brewed.

Big beige lasting creamy shiny head. Clear deep amber body. Grainy perfumy malt aroma with resiny wooden notes. Dry-sweet grainy fruity taste with papery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry roasty caramelly papery aftertaste with spicy notes. Where are the hops? (0.25l draft at brewpub.)

@ Sct. Clemens. Hazy amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel and moderate hoppy - flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 100611

Tap. Hazy amber/orange with medium off-white head. Flavour is malt, dry, little caramel, bitter, little floral and hops.

From tap@Apollo, København. Abv is 7,9%. Brief offwhite head. Body is clear, deep golden to pale amber. Doughy malt aroma. Mild hop nose, apples and sweet lemon. Sweet and unfresh malt flavor, honey and butter. Moderate hop bitterness, some earthy and lightly spiced tones. Thick, oily texture. Medium body. Alcohol well masked. Sweetish malty, faintly bitter finish. Raw and unrefined, not a favorite.

Pours clear golden with a fine, big, frothy, light off-white head. Lots of bubbles. Aroma is malty sweet, light caramel and hint of butter and some grassy and fruity hops. Highish carbonation, fair dry mouthfeel. Flavour has a small hint of butter, caramel base and some fair grassy hops. Light herbal and slightly citric bitterness in the finish. Not that impressive.

Clear amber with a large off white head. Fruity aroma with hints of hops and diacetyl. flavour had mild hops, fruits, spices, diacetyl and malty hints.

Slight hazy copper color, creamy tan lasting head. Hoppy, bitter, grainy, butter taste. Fresh hoppy scent. Moussy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Draught@brewpub. Amber colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is bigtime bready malts along with mild fruity hops. Flavour is bigtime yeast, bready malts as well as some big grassyness.

Draught @ Bryggeriet Apollo, 1620 Copenhagen, Denmark. Light light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy toffee and buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (180708)
