On tap. Pours a clear amber with a dense, off-white head. Very interesting and spicy nutty aroma. Medium body, slightly dry nut and caramel accents and again a very distinct chestnut edge reminding me of French chestnut beer - but I understand that this beer "only" has chestnut honey. The finish is fairly hoppy. Very well balanced and well made. 090611
