On tap. Pours a hazy pale amber with a creamy off-white head. The aroma has lots of yeast with a whiff of citrus - and perhaps a vague hint of spices. Medium body, yeast and sweet banana accents with a moldy touch. Some bitterness in the finish. Not very spicy, almost appears more like a Hefe to me. 040211

Tap @ Apollo, Cph.
Pours hazy golden-yellow with a big, lovely, creamy, almost white head. Pleasant wit aroma, sweet wheat, light coriander and a touch of rye bread actually. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and mildly sticky mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, lots of wheat, soft coriander. Not to much lemon, which makes it a bit heavier and not as fresh as other wits. Light grainy, mild bitter finish with light peppery dryness.

Draught @ the brewpub: Orange coloured. Unclear. Small off white head, that diminishes fast. Spice (orange peel), malt, sweetness, yeast, and light citrus in the aroma. Flavour is sweet, spiced and has vague yeasty notes. In it self the flavours are quite vague and watery. Has a light hoppy bitterness in the end. Quite mediocre beer.
